ABOUT ME.

My Name is Shandee Lee Taranaki, I grew up in South Auckland between Papakura and Manurewa. I graduated 2013 from Manurewa High school during this time I had my first baby (baby girl) at 15 years of age, I then had my sonshine in 2015 and my youngest "da darling" in 2016 and from there lets just say WE MADE IT!

My journey has always been rocky but definitely worth it. I started this business in Sydney Australia in 2018, then brought it home in 2019. I studied Patisserie and baking in 2016 and over the past 5 years I have taught myself how to bake and cake. Everything I have learnt up to this day has been from trial and error or google and you tube LOL.

A lot of my inspiration comes from local kiwi bakers in New Zealand. My main focus is to build my own knowledge in this field and be able to share it with individuals like my self.
